Two Ways to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your ShubhMilaap account and its associated data either directly inside the app, or by submitting a request on this page. Both routes remove the same data and follow the same timeline described below.
Option 1 — Delete From the App
Recommended for the fastest, identity-verified deletion. From the ShubhMilaap app:
- 1 Open the ShubhMilaap app and sign in to your account.
- 2 Go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- 3 Tap Delete Account.
- 4 Confirm your identity and tap Permanently Delete.
Option 2 — Request Deletion Here
Lost access to the app? Submit the form below using the email or phone number registered to your account. To protect your account, we will send a confirmation to verify your identity before any data is deleted.

- close Your profile and traditional biodata
- close All uploaded photos and your photo vault
- close Matches, interests, and connection history
- close Chat messages and consent records
- close Search preferences and app settings
inventory_2 Data We May Retain
Only where the law requires it, kept securely and used for no other purpose:
- lock KYC / government-ID verification records, as required by law.
- lock Transaction and invoice records, for tax and accounting obligations.
- lock Records relating to a reported grievance or legal investigation.
- lock Anonymised, non-identifying analytics.
Timeline: deletion requests are acknowledged within 48 working hours and your account and associated data are permanently removed within 30 days. Any legally retained records are held only for the minimum period mandated by applicable law, after which they are securely destroyed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
